First off, losing doesn't make you a weakling. No one can win every fight all the time.
Second, it wouldn't matter to me if you were. People aren't valued based on how well they can kill another person. Some of the best and wisest and strongest people I've known would rather let themselves be killed than take another's life. That sort of dedication to their morals, enough to overcome even their deepest survival instincts, takes amazing strength of will.
Third, I don't care what other people say about me. What matters is that I remain true to my ideals. I don't do the things I do so that the public will like me, I do things because they're the right thing to do.
You matter to me. I'm not going to abandon you just because you made a mistake.
