For your punishment I want you to work in the gym, three days a week for the next month. I'd particularly like you to help people train for self defense. But you've got to help them, not hurt them or compete against them.
[He'll supervise Cato himself if the gym staff are too busy to keep an eye on him.]
But we won't start that until you've had a week to recover. So once you get out of the infirmary we can watch a couple vids before you start working.
